Experience You Can Build With
Haw River Builders was built on nearly two decades of experience in residential construction and a straightforward belief about building: good work begins with understanding what you're being asked to create.
Every project comes with its own set of decisions. The property matters. The architecture matters. The budget matters. And, most importantly, the people who will live there matter—not only how they live in the home today, but how their needs may change over time.
That's why we take a hands-on approach to each project. From the early conversations and planning through construction and the final details, our goal is to provide experienced guidance, honest communication, and careful oversight of the work being done. When appropriate, that can also mean planning for aging in place or greater accessibility through thoughtful choices in entries, circulation, bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas of the home.
When those considerations are addressed early, they can often be incorporated naturally into the design, helping create a home that remains comfortable, practical, and well suited to the people who live there for years to come.
We're a North Carolina licensed general contractor serving homeowners throughout the Piedmont, including Pittsboro, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, Burlington, Graham, southern Greensboro, and surrounding communities.
